a.    General Foundational Track – This will be the key focus for year 2009/10 – education and preparation of congregation and leadership on foundations on spiritual formation as part of discipleship and spiritual growth. Most emphasis and energy of ICM will be channeled to teaching and educating. Check out the Public Lecture Series 2010 on Spiritual Formation & Leadership (SFL) Weekends!

b.    Soul Talk Series Track – The goal of ICM is to have churches adopt small spiritual communities that engage with the mind and the heart and where sacred and safe space can be nurtured for deeper spiritual growth. This track builds on the General Foundational track. Hence, ICM will stagger the introduction of this track and will respond to churches according to their needs and readiness. c.    Equipping for Ministry Track – will be developed from 2011 onwards. However ICM will experiment with this track according to needs and requests from local churches as and when the need arises and when resources are available. Feel free to contact us.
