a. General Foundational Track – This will be the key focus for ICM – education and preparation of congregation and leadership on foundations on spiritual formation as part of discipleship and spiritual growth. Most emphasis and energy of ICM will be channeled to teaching and educating.
b. Soul Talk Series Track – The goal of ICM is to have churches adopt small spiritual communities that engage with the mind and the heart and where sacred and safe space can be nurtured for deeper spiritual growth. This track builds on the General Foundational track. Hence, ICM will stagger the introduction of this track and will respond to churches according to their needs and readiness. c. Organisational Leadership Module (OLM) – kicked off in 2011. We are now in our third year in 2013.
