A Group Discernment Conversation for Church Leadership Team

Would you like to be part of a leadership community to explore a process of discernment through reflective conversation? This 3-hour virtual conversation incorporates a process of listening and dialogue. We will be using a framework of ‘Discover, Discern & Do’ to guide the conversation and to explore the adaptability of this process for navigating the times in your own local church setting. This may also be used for the year-end review and planning.

This event is open to leadership teams of TRAC churches.
Pastors are encouraged to sign up with a small team of 4-5 leaders for this.
