This half-day online event is catered for pastors and ministry leaders from TRAC churches to bring their leadership teams together. The program will include conversations centered around a discernment process of Discover-Discern & Do. This includes a review of your ministry in 2022 to discover significant learning moments, discern God's invitations moving forward, as you explore and plan for the coming year. We encourage a team of 4-5 fellow leaders to sign up for this learning opportunity together. You are then encouraged to adapt the tool & process for your local review & planning retreat.
